Hello, I am the Petrell behind petrellart.com, a free-spirited creator, a nature lover and a curious explorer of life.
Originally a graphic artist and designer, I've gradually expanded my artistic journey to include painting, ceramics, jewelry and photography.
Living with my family in the Swedish countryside, I enjoy a simple, yet rich lifestyle – growing my own food, chopping my own wood, and finding endless inspiration in the natural beauty that surrounds me.
About the Place
The place where the art is born is in Ångermanland, "the land of fjord people", in the northern part of Sweden.
Far from the noises and amenities of civilization, in challenging subarctic nature, surrounded by shimmering lakes, rocky hills, endless forests and genuine silence.
The long, bright nights in summer and cozy, quiet winters bring a peaceful rhythm to life. It's a place where time feels slower and life more connected to something real.
